SMS & Mobile Messaging Terms.
If you text us or opt in to receive text messages, here’s what you’re agreeing to.
These SMS/Mobile Messaging Terms (the “SMS Terms”) apply when you opt in to receive text messages from Whimsical Entertainment, LLC (“Whimsical,” “we,” “us,” “our”) at 844-REALFUN (844-732-5386). By opting in, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
01. What you’re opting in to
When you text us, fill out the “text us” or callback forms, or check a consent box during booking, you may receive:
- Transactional messages — booking confirmations, schedule reminders, weather updates for outdoor events, delivery windows, and balance-due reminders.
- Conversational messages — replies to your questions, scheduling discussions, and quote follow-ups.
- Occasional promotional messages — only if you separately opt in (e.g. a seasonal special or new package announcement). These are infrequent.
02. Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your booking activity and conversations with us. Most customers receive 2–6 transactional messages around the time of their event, and may receive promotional messages no more than 1–2 times per month (only if opted in).
03. How to opt out
You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP to any text from us. After you reply STOP, we’ll send one final confirmation and then no more messages — except messages that are strictly necessary for an active booking (e.g. a same-day delivery update).

04. Message & data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier’s standard text-message rates will apply to messages sent to and from your phone. We do not charge for SMS — but your wireless carrier might. Check with your carrier if you have questions about your plan.
05. Supported carriers
Our SMS service works with all major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and most regional carriers. We are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, which depend on your carrier and device.
06. Information we collect via SMS
When you opt in to SMS, we collect your mobile phone number and a record of your conversation with us. We use this information to deliver the messages you signed up for and to provide customer service. We do not sell your phone number, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
SMS messages are not encrypted end-to-end. Please don’t share sensitive personal information (Social Security numbers, full payment card numbers, medical details) via text. For payments, use the secure Stripe checkout link we send.
07. Privacy
Our handling of your phone number and conversation history is governed by our Privacy Policy. You can request to delete your SMS history with us at any time by emailing info@whimsicalentertainment.net.
08. Children
Our SMS service is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly enroll minors in text messaging. If you believe a minor has opted in, please contact us and we’ll remove the number.
09. Changes & contact
We may update these SMS Terms occasionally. The current version will always be at this URL. For questions:
